- 1 massive candy potato, chopped

- 1 massive radicchio, chopped

- Recent herbs of alternative: dill, chives, and so forth.
- Roast the candy potato. Chop the candy potato into massive cubes and toss on a lined sheet tray with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425 for 15 – 20 minutes till tender and golden brown. Take away from oven and put aside till able to prep the salad.
