Description
This straightforward fall salad is a crowd-pleaser. Combine up the dressing upfront so it’s easy to toss collectively when visitors arrive.
- 1 – 2 heads Little Gem lettuce
- 1 Apple sliced or chopped
- 3 Celery stalks lower on the bias
- 2–3 Dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup Hazelnuts, roasted and tough chopped
- 1/2 cup Midnight Moon, chopped
Honey Dijon Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon
- splash of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- flaky salt
- Make the dressing: add the dijon, apple cider vinegar, and honey to a bowl. Whisk collectively, then stream within the olive oil whereas whisking till mixed. Add flaky salt to style.
- Add all of the salad substances to a big salad bowl. Toss with dressing and season to style with extra flaky salt. Eat!
